The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is the largest, most complex healthcare system within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Their 2009 annual report was to focus on the advancement of their newest initiative of patient-centered care.
Gasp employed a scientific theme based on the periodic table of the elements. Candid photos of the department's own patients were included throughout the piece to reinforce a patient-centered care initiative.
From the outset, this program registered improvement in both staff and patient satisfaction. 2009 also saw the ribbon cutting for a new Fisher house on the West L.A. campus and in excess of $700 million in funding for 2010.
